We use Google Analytics
GoBackFor.com uses Google Analytics to track data about visitors such as yourself.
What does Google Analytics record?
Google Analytics records quite a bit of data about each visitor, including:
- Computer and browser information
- Time on our site and pages visited
- City-level location information
Why do we collect this data?
Analytics data helps us understand how visitors use our site and what they appear to like or not to like. We use this information to improve our site and grow our business.
What do we do with analytics data?
Nothing untoward: we just run reports and look at traffic patterns. We do not use Google Analytics data to identify you as an individual or use Google Analytics to collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Our activities fall within the bounds imposed by the Google Analytics Terms of Service.
On our contact page, we ask for your email address.
When you provide your email address, we will not disclose your email address to other parties unless compelled by court order or doing so is part of providing our service to you. We do not sell or rent our mailing list to outside parties.
In some cases we may send survey or marketing emails to your email address. We really do try to be judicious about doing so and, of course, you have the option to opt out at any time.
Where is your credit card information?
We do not and will never have access to your actual credit card information because it is stored at our processor, Stripe, who gives us a unique token to use when making charges against your account.
